We are seeking a Data Analyst to support a national security customer, working alongside a Knowledge Management Team (KMT) focused on data visualization, business analytics, data management, and digital engineering. The ideal candidate will help mature operational reporting processes, develop dashboard visualizations, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions. This role requires on-site presence and strong communication skills to coordinate status updates and drive data initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

Apply extensive knowledge to integrate, develop, and maintain analytic visualizations and tools to evaluate and communicate operational status
Work with multiple data sources, including data at varying maturity levels, to consolidate and create meaningful relationships
Support interpretation of diverse data sets to improve customer experience
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards tailored to specific audiences
Provide data insights to inform decisions and operational strategies
Manage an inventory of implemented dashboards, analytic products, and product backlog

Must Have's:

Active and current TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance; must be able to upgrade and maintain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience
Proven experience developing data visualizations and conducting data analysis
Proficiency with computer programs, software, or coding languages

Nice to Have's:

Experience developing visualizations in Tableau
Experience with statistical software or COTS tools (SPSS, SAS, MatLab, etc.)
Proficiency with tools such as Python, MySQL, D3, SPSS, SAS, Visual Basic, or R
Experience with database manipulation and data mining
Ability to identify and implement innovative analytic methods
Strong communication skills with stakeholders and team members
Experience contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing

Location:
Springfield, Virginia (on-site)

Salary:
$140,000–$164,000
