Our client is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join their U.S. tech team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to work with cutting-edge technology in a rapidly growing market. The role focuses on providing technical support to customers, resolving technical challenges, and contributing to team-driven technical projects. This position reports to the Lead Applications Engineer and offers the chance to thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or in-person communication and track interactions using the JIRA ticketing system.
  • Assist customers in optimizing system performance for the best overall experience.
  • Escalate issues to internal engineering teams when necessary.
  • Perform onsite system installations, including physical installation, software configuration, and validation testing.
  • Deliver training courses to customers and partners.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current technologies and customer use cases.
  • Support customer technical demonstrations.
  • Travel requirements: up to 50%, with 25% typical.

Must Have's:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Linux environments with a solid understanding of networking, systems, and software.
  • Experience with networked devices, telecommunications, radio frequency, electronic warfare, or machine learning/artificial intelligence systems.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to perform under high-pressure technical environments.
  • A commitment to staying updated on the latest tools, technologies, and methods in the field.

Nice to Have's:

  • Experience in the defense industry or relevant fields such as medical, aerospace, or IT is highly favorable.


Location: Warrenton, VA
This role requires travel across the U.S.
