Our client is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with department protocols under the supervision of a qualified physician. This role is essential in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases, with safety as the top priority. The technologist is responsible for screening patients and anyone entering the magnetic field, ensuring a secure environment. The role also involves providing direct patient care for all age groups while maintaining excellent customer service by treating patients with respect and explaining procedures clearly. Collaboration with others is key to creating a positive work environment.


General Requirements:

  • Adhere to hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines
  • Align job responsibilities with the core values, mission, and vision of the organization
  • Complete all duties as per departmental policies and procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in areas of responsibility through ongoing education
  • Attend staff meetings and complete mandatory in-services and competency evaluations on time
  • Demonstrate competency in providing care based on patients’ age, sex, weight, and needs
  • Wear protective clothing and equipment as appropriate


MUST HAVES:

  • Vocational/Technical Degree in Radiology Technology (Required)
  • 1-2 years of MRI experience
  • Required: Radiology Technologist (RT), Certified Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR)(ARRT), Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Preferred: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions



Salary: $32 - $44 Hourly 

Shifts Available:

  • 10a-6:30p
  • 12p-8:30p
