Our client is seeking an experienced MRI Supervisor to oversee MRI operations, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional patient care. This role involves supervising technical procedures, managing staff schedules, and fostering a collaborative environment to support efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, advanced MRI expertise, and a passion for team development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technical and compliance measures for all MRI operations.
  • Assist with scheduling staff to align with patient volume needs.
  • Participate in the hiring process for new team members.
  • Supervise MRI procedures, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
  • Perform MRI technologist duties as required.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to staff, promoting collaboration across all departmental levels.
  • Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule (Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM - Noon).

Must Haves:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program.
  • Advanced MRI certification.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in MRI.
  • At least two years of experience as a lead tech or supervisor.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with ACR accreditation.
  • Active MRSO certification.


Location: Berlin, VT (On-site role).

Salary: $85,675 - $128,502 

  • Signing bonus: $15,000 paid in three equal payments.
