4451 - Security Systems Administrator/Technician - Top Secret Clearance
Our client is seeking a full-time Security Systems Administrator/Technician with strong technical expertise in electronic security systems (ESS). The ideal candidate will work directly with the customer to configure and maintain the Lenel OnGuard Access Control System (ACS) and support other ESS components. This is an on-site position located in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities:
- Manage physical security system support to meet service level agreements.
- Analyze physical security system performance and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues for physical security systems and networks.
- Communicate effectively with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and technical specialists.
- Train system users and support personnel on system functionality and procedures.
- Perform desktop hardware setup, operating system installation, and imaging software loading.
- Train personnel on operating procedures and safety protocols to prevent system malfunctions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and engineers on security design and integration, utilizing established processes to manage resources, scope, budget, timelines, and quality effectively.
- Provide technical support to field technicians and operational staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must Have's:
- At least 8 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Video Management Systems.
- At least 3 years of experience with Access Control System programming and administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience creating technical documentation, including design documents and reference libraries.
- At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects independently.
- Active Top Secret clearance is required.

Location: On-site work in Washington, D.C.
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
