Our client is seeking a skilled Urologist to join a well-established practice that consists of 5 physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners. This team provides comprehensive urologic care across two locations, offering services such as cystoscopies, testosterone pellet insertion, ultrasound-guided prostate biopsies, and complex urodynamics. The practice also extends its expertise to hospital-based treatments, including da Vinci prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, ESWL, urological reconstruction, and vasectomy reversals.
This position is based in Dothan, Alabama, a city known for its family-friendly environment, excellent schools, and a low cost of living. It has been recognized as one of the best places to raise children and retire, offering a welcoming community with Southern hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat adult urologic conditions in both clinical and hospital settings
- Perform advanced urological procedures, including robotic surgeries and reconstructions
- Provide care for patients undergoing treatments such as prostate biopsies, testosterone therapy, and urological diagnostics
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and NPs to ensure high-quality patient care
Must Have's:
- Active Alabama medical license with no restrictions (MD/DO)
- DEA certification
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Location: Dothan, AL
Salary: $320,000 - $340,000
