Our client is seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established and supportive team in an ambulatory setting. This practice, based in Limerick, Pennsylvania, provides a collaborative environment with 2 experienced Physicians and cross-trained medical assistants. The practice utilizes the EPIC EMR system, ensuring seamless integration with hospital systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive family medicine care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a strong support team, including a supportive practice administrator and cross-trained medical assistants.
- Maintain a manageable shared call schedule (1:8) to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
- Establish and grow a patient panel quickly due to the practice's excellent reputation.
- Leverage advanced technology, including DAX Copilot, to streamline documentation and patient management.
- Adhere to the highest standards of care while working flexible hours with no weekend office shifts.
Must Have's:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- A valid Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date.
- New graduates and candidates completing training are encouraged to apply.
Nice to Have's:
- Experience or comfort working in a collaborative and patient-focused setting.
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR or similar electronic medical records systems is preferred but not required.
Location: Limerick, Pennsylvania.
Base Salary: $235,000
