We are seeking a dedicated Registered Professional Nurse to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care throughout the entire care process, from assessment to evaluation. You will also be involved in prescribing, delegating, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating patient teaching and ancillary nursing personnel activities, while upholding professional nursing standards. The Registered Nurse will be proficient in delivering both direct and indirect patient care.

Must Have's:

  • Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
  • Preferred twelve (12) months of experience.
  • Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
  • Medication Competence within two (2) weeks of employment.
  • Computer Competence within four (4) weeks of employment.
  • Medication Examination within twelve (12) weeks of employment.
  • Basic Dysrhythmia (if applicable) within twelve (12) weeks of employment.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within six (6) months of employment if hired in MICU or Neuro ICU.
  • Critical Care Classes and Examinations within sixteen (16) weeks of employment.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within sixteen (16) weeks of employment.
  • Phlebotomy/Point of Care Competency within four (4) weeks of employment.
