4455 - DevOps Engineer - Top Secret Clearance
Our client, a leader in government contracting, is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support critical Department of Defense (DoD) operations. Specializing in IT and Cloud solutions for national defense, this role will play a pivotal part in integrating and deploying advanced systems for our DoD customers. This is a prime opportunity to apply your technical skills in a dynamic, mission-driven environment in Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities:
- Work within AWS to develop and maintain secure, scalable cloud solutions.
- Lead systems integration efforts in DevOps and Cloud environments, ensuring smooth interoperability.
- Develop and deploy containerized applications and clusters using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Define and implement interfaces across development environments to streamline operations.
- Support integration and acceptance testing to ensure readiness for deployment.
Must Have's:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with DevOps and Cloud solutions within the DoD.
- In-depth understanding of IL2-IL6 cross-domain solutions.
- Proficiency with AWS Cloud platform and Database Management.
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI is required; active SCI preferred.
Location: On-site work in Charleston, SC, with some scheduling flexibility.
Salary: $160,000 - $185,000
