We are seeking a compassionate Registered Professional Nurse to join our client's Emergency Department team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care through the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation process. Additionally, you will prescribe, delegate, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate patient teaching and ancillary nursing personnel activities while upholding professional nursing standards. The Registered Nurse will have the capability to deliver both direct and indirect patient care.

Must Have's:

  • Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
  • Preferred six (6) months of experience.
  • Valid Registered RN license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA ACLS) Certification within eight (8) weeks of employment.
  • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification within twelve (12) months of employment; eighteen (18) months for a new graduate nurse.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within twelve (12) months of employment; eighteen (18) months for a new graduate nurse.
  • Arrhythmia Recognition Course within eight (8) weeks of employment.
