Our client is seeking a Clinical Geneticist to join a collaborative and dynamic team that includes a physician, RN, genetic counselor, and dedicated office staff. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment, providing genetic consultations and screenings for pediatric cancer, intellectual disabilities, genetic syndromes, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct genetic consultations and screenings for a wide range of conditions, including pediatric cancer and genetic syndromes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Offer inpatient consults as needed.
  • Participate in and support research studies and clinical trials.
  • Develop and lead educational programs for residents and medical students.
  • Engage with a diverse patient population.
  • Work on-site at a hospital campus in a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend shifts.

Must Have's:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Clinical Genetics & Genomics (ABMGG).
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania prior to employment.
  • Eligible to obtain/maintain DEA certification for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Nice to Have's:

  • Strong commitment to patient care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Experience in academic medicine or teaching is a plus but not required.
  • Research interest or experience in clinical trials is desirable.


Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Salary: $220,000
