Our client is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to administer therapeutic radiation treatments and perform procedures to set up, plan, and verify the accuracy of treatment delivery. This role ensures the highest standards in radiotherapy techniques under the direction of the Department Manager and supervision of the Lead Radiation Therapist.
Responsibilities:
- Administer therapeutic radiation treatments following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Perform setup, planning, and verification procedures to ensure accurate treatment delivery.
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with department standards.
- Collaborate with oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure safety and efficacy.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records.
Must Haves:
- Completion of a formal therapeutic radiologic technology training program at an approved institution.
- National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) upon hire.
- California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.

- Specialized training in diametric techniques and physics of treatment planning.
Location: Eureka, CA
Salary: $106,267 – $133,369
